Energy - Work with People and Motivate Them.  Staff and Customers - Communication, like exercise, can be work to many restaurateurs.  A little work as an owner gives a great return on your investment.  This business is a people pleasing business.  Energize your staff, praise them for good work.  Let them know that each member is an important part of your business.   Encourage their contribution by offering fun contests and rewards....
